Mac battery discharging and then charging while plugged in

I saw this in my battery settings on my Macbook Air M1. Is everything right? Optimised battery charging is on but never happened before.

If optimized charging is on, what I reccommend to let that on to prevent damage to your battery, this is normal behavior

Monterrey / Ventura: 12 cycles in 1.5 year, plugged most of the time.

Sonoma: 5 cycles in two months plugged ALL THE TIME.

Normal behavior?
