hello, my ICloud account is being used to sign in on another IMac device which is not mine, I changed the password but I am not able to reset my security questions. Please help ASAP

You should contact the official Apple Support about that and ask for assistance.
Only they can look into your personal data to find a solution.
We are all users here and don't have access to other users data and settings.
