Show him those links I've pervaded in my reply. Contact your Carrier, asking if there is an issue. If not, then you'd have to go through Apple or an AASP to get this serviced.

What does the caller on the other-end-of-the-line tell you of their experience? Text them, seeing if they are having any similar issues --it may be an issue on their end --not yours.
