I have $20 in my Apple account in the US, but payment for any app will prompt payment failure. Why?
I purchased my initial US Apple account from a store and recharged 20 US dollars through Alipay. However, when I tried to use 20 US dollars later, I was told that the payment failed because the amount was clearly enough.
