Mine is doing the same since the day I bought it.. Beats Studio buds is full of issue. It also seems to play music inside the case. The service center already replaced it 3 times and we still have the issue. Service center is asking me to use the product as it is. This is a brand new product. Looks like beats is just taking free money on this with a defective product

Mines doing this right now, do I have to go drive an hour to get it replaced or is there an easy fix? My left earbud doesn’t work anymore either. All happened suddenly
