iPhone watch 7 is not pairing with iPhone 6s with iOS 15.7.9
while connecting manually after entering 6 digit pin it is showing iPhone watch is out dated and needed newer version
how can I resolve the issue

depends on the phone if it's an iphone6s and you want it to newer than 15.7.9 then no.
