Hi. How do I connect 2 monitors to 2023 mac mini m2 pro? I can only get them working as mirror image using a duel hdmi adaptor.

I now have one monitor connected using USB-C to HDMI adaptor, and the other plugged into the HDMI adapter socket.
I can get them to work one at a time, but as soon as I connect both, only the USB-C monitor stays on.

You're welcome.
Test a better quality HDMI cable between the HDMI port and the Display.
If that doesn't help? Get and use a second USB-C to HDMI adapter for the other display.
Each display needs to be independently connected to the Mac mini.
What you need for the second HDMI display, is a USB-C to HDMI adapter.
