Watch face app sensitivity

My watch has begun to require a longer, harder tap to open apps from the face. A weird circle also seems to move with my finger. Now.

iPhone, Watch app, My Watch tab, accessibility make sure all Motor accommodations are off or default

If that does not help, unpair the watch and set up “as new”
