I recently got more storage so i was able to download my things to my icloud because i didn’t have enough storage and my current phone is broken. I downloaded everything else from my phone other than my notes wont transfer.

Troubleshooting Syncing iPhone Notes:
A. Start Here: If you're Missing Notes on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
B. Sync Through iCloud:
Look in iCloud settings or preferences on each device, and make sure that Notes is enabled. If it already is enabled, then disable Notes, and then enable Notes. See what happens when you open them on that device.
