I want to remove this Apple app off my phone. There is nowhere on the app that says cancel and it’s not under my subscriptions and it is not an app on my phone that I chose. How do I get rid of it?

What app are you talking about?
Some built-in Apple apps (they ususally come along with iOS updates) cannot be deleted.
