My phone is in security luck out, Iknow I can use my previou password as I changed it only yesterday . The phone is in luck out, what should I do? I don’t want to reset

My device is now on lockout. I found out now that I was able to use my previous password as I have recently changed it. Will I get one last chance in order not to do reset factory .
