When I redeem my Apple Gift Card, it says I can get 2 months Apple TV for free but I don't get it

actually it's about my wife's account, *******.ca. Moment ago, I gave $100.00 gift card to her account. When she redeemed it, it showed with the redeem, we can get 2 months Apple TV+ for free. But finally not succeeded, and she can't get the free Apple TV+ any more.

I know this is old, but you can only redeem the 2 months of Apple TV once when you redeem the gift card, though you can always buy Apple TV again with the Apple gift card money or your own. Hope this helps!
