My email cannot access ICloud

Email was working. Then email went offline. Error reads “cannot access ICloud”. Happened on my desktop. Other desktops in my office area can get email. My cell phones can get email

You can take mail accounts online Take email accounts offline or online in Mail on Mac - Apple Support
