Windows 11 PC - iCloud Verification Issue

I can sign into the Windows Store version of iCloud in Windows 11. I get the pop-up asking for the code. The verification screen then briefly flashes across all my iOS devices but not long enough for me to press "Allow" and then it disappears so I have to get a code texted to me to sign in. Once that occurs the iCloud screen comes up on my PC but with the Password section "grayed" out and the "Approval" button shows. Click on that and I get the brief flash across devices again and cannot approve Passwords. I've tried everything. Repair/reset, Signing out on all devices and iCloud as well. Reinstalling. All devices are running the latest version/build. Nothing has worked. Was on Apple support chatting/on phone 3 separate times and their conclusion was that it's a Microsoft issue. Anyone else see this or have a solution? Really didn't see much in the Microsoft community...
