Factory Reset the phone and restore again from your other phone's backup. If the same thing happens, then apps from your other backup were downloaded using those Apple ID's.

When transferring data from your previous backup or from a previous phone, some of the apps/music on it were purchased from different Apple ID's. If you let someone else log into your iPhone and they purchase or download an app or music it will remain on your iPhone even after they log out and you log back in. You will still be able to use the apps, but will not be able to update them. When transferring the data, it will try to redownload those apps and that can only be done when the Apple ID and Password is entered for the apps attempting to be redownloaded from the App Store.

Have you bought the iPhone completely new or second hand? If you've bought it completely new I would go back to the store where you've bought it if I where you

I have the same issue. Brand new iphone 15. The only place I can think of this coming from was a used ipod I bought many years ago had some songs on it from the person who sold it. I deleted those along time ago or at least I thought I did. That is the only time my account was ever on a device with anyone else. How do I clean this up?

Setting up my new iPhone 15 (unboxed it today; the box was sealed) and I decided to set up my phone from the Cloud backup of my previous phone. I keep getting requests to sign in for other emails

It's pretty weird.
