Why is my new iPhone asking me to sign in to 4 different Apple ID

I bought a new iPhone 15 pro and when I was setting it up it asked me to sign into 4 different peoples accounts that I have no idea who they are and I’m logged into my Apple ID but it keeps popping up with the same 4 Apple ID

iPhone 7, iOS 15

When transferring data from your previous backup or from a previous phone, some of the apps/music on it were purchased from different Apple ID's. If you let someone else log into your iPhone and they purchase or download an app or music it will remain on your iPhone even after they log out and you log back in. You will still be able to use the apps, but will not be able to update them. When transferring the data, it will try to redownload those apps and that can only be done when the Apple ID and Password is entered for the apps attempting to be redownloaded from the App Store.
