Apple Education Discount for High School Students

Hello I would lime to ask if High School students can get Apple Education discount?

My country is Philippines and I don't know if the discount is available for High School students.

According to the website, available in the US, UK, Canada and Australia.

It's for college students, faculty, staff, and teachers who home school.

So high school students would not be eligible.
