Not all devices show in airplay menu on iPad

At our school, we have lots of airplay devices. however, on each iPad we try to cast from, there is a different selection of devices on each one. Does anyone know if there is a limit of devices in the airplay menu on iPads? (iPadOS 17) (Westinghouse TV with airplay)

Airplay not always available We use airplay in our meeting rooms at the office to share screens, directly to a tv or in a zoom meeting. One of the rooms is only ever available in Airplay intermittently. We have tested with multiple users at multiple times, and have found no pattern yet as to why it is only available sometimes. Can anyone offer any solutions?
