iCloud Drive not available in resident evil village

Whenever I open the game a message pops up saying “iCloud drive is not currently available. Please check your iCloud Drive settings, ensure it is enabled, then restart the application.” And the game does not run. I am using an iPhone 15 pro max. I did restart my device a few times. My iCloud Drive is enabled for resident evil village in the settings.
