Books IOS 17 - blank pages being added
In latest IOS 17.1 iPad updated, blank pages are being added in the middle of chapters of books. Restarting books and deleting and downloading the book does not solve the problem.

This happens when books is in ‘full screen’ mode. The new mode that allow the app to be partially open but not full screen does not have the problem. However, it is very disconcerting to read a book with in the partially open mode, with the Home Screen showing around the book pages. This is a bug that should be fixed.
