i have a pop-up menu with time from 15:45 till 20:00 and i have another one with the same time i wanna use it to calculate the extra time i work but if i start the pop-up menu with Blank i always get an error when i try to subtract for example 17:45 - 15:45
if both cells are blank there is no error but the moment i put a time in one cell i get the error.

=IFERROR(Monday End Extra Time−Monday Start Extra Time,"")
Note: you don't need to use SUM when you simply perform an addition or a subtraction between two values.

Hello again, i tried what you told me and after applying the same formula to all my tables, i got this error as you can see in the screenshot.
Replace the formula I gave you with this:
=IFERROR(IF(Monday End Extra Time−Monday Start Extra Time=0,"0",Monday End Extra Time−Monday Start Extra Time),"0")
I just try this and it looks like the formula is working perfectly. Thank you so much for your time.
