Emojis not available after update. How do I get them?

Emoji's are where they've always been, which is the bottom left corner of the text message screen when replying to a message. If you mean your Memoji's, when typing a response, tap the + button to the left of the enter text box, then tap Stickers, to find your Memoji's.
