i Love the size of my iPad mini, I just need t work productivity so I need a new update for apps work correctly. Hope APPLE help me.

My iPad mini 2 not longer update last update is 12.5.7 ….. if I know they will do this I not buy the table, apple need fix this problem not my problem. How I can get the last version of iOS for my iPad mini 2? Fix it. ;(
