In my previous 7 years old iPad Pro there was a bar under the e-mail message with camera and archive to add photos but it is gone. The only way to add photos is the old fashioned Windows way, copy and paste. Can this be true in Apple time ? 😳

As you have discovered, you must enable Keyboard Shortcuts from iPad settings. For the benefit of other readers who may encounter similar difficulty:
Settings > General > Keyboard > Shortcuts - set to ON

I found out the matter. It was general/keyboard/shortcuts. That was off. Now I have it. That was a factory setting.
No, I don't. What can be the matter ?
