I didn't really say that, right? So you could understand it. I have. the Apple Air Pods Pro but I know the tips don't really fit like they should and I. really can't do that **** test by myself. Can I go to the Apple Store and get help with the correct fit?
If your AirPods are under warranty and Apple determines that the problem is one covered by the warranty, then they will handle the problem.
However, if the AirPods simply don't fit you, that might be something beyond Apple's control. And as all Airpods of a given generation are the same, replacing them wouldn't do any good. You may have better luck buying third-party tips. I can't get AirPods to stay in my ears with any of the included tips. I ordered some foam ones from Amazon and now they stay in perfectly.
Yes! Apple will repair Airpods for free at the store, and if they are beyond repair they should be replaced for free! Just make sure to schedule an appointment first.
