Apple Music

An Apple Music setting called “Add Playlist Songs” keeps turning on by itself . I try adding my music to a playlist and it adds it to the library as well and when I remove it the song deletes itself from the playlists as well . Why does this setting continue to turn on by itself after I’ve turned it off ???
