Airpod pros

i just got these AirPod pros a half of a month ago and whenever I charge them now the light won’t come on and I would charge them for a long time I haven’t dropped them in water or anything can you tell me what’s going on with my AirPods?

Airpods Pro Case Not Holding Charge Overnight a week or so ago my AirPods case stopped holding charge. If I put the AirPods inside the case and then put the case on charge the light will show up and the Airpods charge. As soon as I unplug the case, the light disappears. I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if there is a fix. I have tried every possible support thread as far as I know, and it hasn't had any water damage. My old 1st gen AirPods from 2016 are still going strong so was hoping these would last a bit longer. Thanks
