what happened to trusted devices?

How are any devices linked to me if I have 2 fa on? My Apple TOS and Privacy choices are not accurate yet I have no way to control settings, Siri, Accessibility menu and the many accounts on platforms and behaviors I have nothing to do with but are attributed to me. All data req's ignored.
