How can I get rid if iOS 17.1.2 update on my iPhone. It’s terrible.

Apple does not support downgrading an iOS version. In other words, you are not going to be able to remove iOS 17.1.2 and install an older iOS version.

Can you list out the issues that you are having with some details here? Thanks.

You can't downgrade like computers. :(
