Face recognition worked fine and just quit working yesterday dec 18, 2023. I took it to Apple and they were all of no use, they said they’ve seen the issue before but no one knew how to fix it! Apple fix this!!! When I try to reset it, it keeps saying it isn’t available!!!

A help guy fixed it thru texting! There’s an important update my phone wasn’t showing was needed. 17.2.1
my daughters showed and she got hers but mine didn’t show so they pushed thru for me
