I can’t show some videos in WhatsApp even I have updated iOS and updated WhatsApp and using my iCloud account, as clearly in the uploaded picture , the video doesn’t work. It is shaded and refusing to move or even copy or anything. in addition, i have another video that is not working and it shows the message “ this video is unavailable because it wasn't backup, I uploaded the message.
