Does "Delete and Block This Conversation" block the sender? Or does it delete and block the conversation only?
The intent to be removed from a group message, not sure if this matters the sender being a Android user, but I do not want to block the sender, I just want to be removed from the group they are sending the messages to.

I found the answer, he said it doesn’t stop you from one on one chatting with people. Just stops you from receiving the group messages.

same issue here, shocking that a simple question has no reply/resolution months later.... these group chats can be very annoying
