Macbook Pro 2019 Shutting down while sleeping

Since upgrading to Sonoma, Mac shuts down randomly or when it’s been sleeping. Upon restarting it, an update bar appears below the apple. Then at password entry, another update bar appears below the password.  I'm then asked to use my fingerprint ID even though I just entered the password. I downloaded EtreCheck and performed a check. I've attached a Kernel Panic Report (one of a few) that appeared. Can anyone please tell me what I need to do next? Thanks.

This also happens to me, for quite a while now, not only it random restarts, but also the Touch Bar randomly stops working, it goes all black. It may not be the same error exactly, but it is quite similar, and it also happened after I updated to Sonoma. Here's the Problem report:

I’ve noticed the same with my Touch Bar. I also get a pop upon opening saying that Increase Display Contrast is on - but it’s not.

So far, I’ve tried running First Aid in Disk Utility for any issues (there were none), rebooting in safe mode, reinstalled OS, ran ÊtreCheck and removed any old apps that may be trying to restart and a number of other suggestions from chat groups. Nothing has helped.
