RTF file Open and Save to iCloud on iPad and iPhone. Urgent Request.

I have a requirement to Open and Save an RTF file from/to iCloud on iPad and iPhone for editing.

I have tried a few Text Editor apps but they seem to only save Locally on the iDevice.

Pages has too many steps.

I would just like to Open, Type & Save.

An external application is reading the RTF.

Urgent request. Any suggestions please?
