Apple Notes Unreliable : Losing Handwritten Text

  • IPad Pro + Pencil + Apple Notes
  • Created & wrote heavily in handwritten note yesterday/morning.
  • Took a break, came back - hours of work GONE!
  • Only 1 paragraph & yesterday's notes remain.
  • Checked iPhone: same issue.
  • Years of reports on forums, NO solution? Am I missing something?
