Arcade game not working

I have a game I have been playing since July. It stopped working properly and I updated their app, did an update on phone, cleared cache, etc. and it’s worse. There is no way to contact the company which I find frustrating. I am paying for Apple Arcade and I would think we should be able to contact developers with issues.

Apple Arcade Not Searchable i found a post about Apple Arcade not being searchable on its own, but it was closed. So, I’m starting a new one. It seems so strange Apple doesn’t set a search perimeter for “Arcade Only” as this a paid service. I know I would play many more games in the Arcade if I could search for only the kinds of games I enjoy and not have to scroll through every game. I’ve seen a lot of games mis-labeled or the label is too vague. Scrolling through the entire “Puzzle” catalogue is very frustrating to say the least.

Apple Arcade Try for free button Hi, am trying to use Apple Arcade for the first time, when I press the try for free button on the App Store it doesn’t do anything, loading circle spins for 2 seconds and the button flashes up again, please could someone advise how to fix this.....thanks in advance!
