I’m a publisher and one of our books doesn’t show up in iBookstore, while other titles do. I’ve contacted our distributor and they say the problem is not with them.

The book has been processed by Central Book House (Netherlands) the same way all of our books have been processed. In their system it says the book should be visible, that’s why they say the problem is not with them.
But they are the only ones who can deal with Apple about it. In this forum you are only talking to other users like yourself. All we can do is confirm that we do not see your book in the store (at least in the US store for me).
Can Central Book House provide you the url of your book in the store or a screen shot showing it there?
If it was your distributor who uploaded the book to Apple, I think they are the only ones who can solve this problem.
