Apple ID “(null)” and unable to sign-out
After signing in successfully once with my Appleid on my new phone, I have been promoted to sign in to iCloud with the following message “Enter the password for your Apple ID “(null)”.
My Apple ID is not “null” and I am unable to sign out of the phone.
Whenever I click on “sign-out”, it just takes me back to the Home Screen.
i tried to enter my Apple ID password but the next pop up says “You must enter both your Apple ID and password” but I do not have a way to enter my Apple ID.
I tried to reset my iPhone but I can’t proceed as it’s still promoting me to enter my password for Apple ID “ “.
