Adding ipads to ABM

Hello,

I'm having an issue with adding ipads to ABM.

Our situation:

International company, our ABM account has been created in the US so if they buy devices they get automatically rolled in ABM.

We as international, don't have our DUNS connected to this so we have to add them manually (we won't create a separate subdomain just for ABM).

The goal is to get some Ipads in kioskmode with our MDM, but to get this to work they should be supervised.

I got them added with Apple configurator on my Iphone but this does not work.

If I'm correct I should add them with apple configurator 2.

The question:

Is my reasoning correct?

We need to buy an Apple computer so we can add them with Apple configurator 2 so I can get them supervised so I can put them in Kioskmode.
