Apple Schoolwork: Students cannot open attached PDFs
Recently, my students cannot open the PDFs I assign to them through Schoolwork. I have to Airdrop the PDF to them and then they attach it on a hand-in request. I like to preplan and things go awry when this doesn't work. The student PDF in Schoolwork is spinning and states "Awaiting File from iCloud Drive" and an error message eventually pops up and says "Cannot be opened. Make sure your device is connected to the internet and iCloud Drive is enabled, then try again. If the issue continues contact your school administrator or apple Support."
Any advice welcome.
iPads are up to date, student iPads are 8th gen, managed via MDM, classes synced to SIS
