Wi-fi works fine at home, but cannot connect on any other private or public wi-fi

Hello,

I have an macbook pro, 2019 Intel

My laptop connects to my home wifi, working perfectly fine. But cannot connects to my phone while router, or my friends place, or my work wi-fi.

Ive already:

• reseted the SMC and NVRAM
• unstalled my VPN app
• Created a new location on Network (add location)
• Installed the new Sonoma
• run the wifi diagnostic many times

Im out of options so any help is welcomed :)
