How can I turn off Stolen Device Protection if Face ID is not working?

Hi GM, since 2 or 3 days my FACE ID suddenly stopped working, i feel since i activated Stolen Device Protection my face id isn't working.

I am unable to even Reset Face ID since it is not recognizing my face ID.

Due to this i am facing lot of difficulties to access my banking applications.

Face ID no longer works after activating Stolen Device Protection in iPhone 13. I can’t turn off face id, I cant reset it or add a different appearance and I can’t turn off the stolen device protection. I’ve updated software, backed everything up, there is nothing covering the camera and I did a few hard resets with no luck. This seems to have occurred after the recent software update.
