Kernel Panics/Storage Inaccurate after consecutive power cuts/updating to Sonoma

(please excuse the slightly sloppy description of the issue in the report, I was in a rush and it was originally written for a colleague so they are bullet points and there are some misspellings/informal nonsense, but I have provided everything I can think of.)

Looking for some insight on what might be causing recent kernel panics. I am a freelance video editor if that information is helpful. I have tried disk utility and ran diagnostics and nothing was found so I was advised to run EtreCheck and post the report on here. If there is any information missing that would be needed to advise, if you can let me know and I will try to provide asap.
