Neither the limited warranty nor AppleCare+ covers lost AirPods. If you're referring to a non-Apple policy, contact its provider.

If you're trying to claim it through Apple, you can't.

If you're trying to claim it through someone else, nobody on these boards will know. Check any non-Apple insurance policies you have.
