How to cancel expired Apple Arcade subscription?

A had 3 months trial of Apple Arcade. After that, subscription expired, because I have only expired cards linked to account, and balance is too small for payment. The problem is that I keep getting "Billing problem" emails every week or two, and it's been like that for 2 months. I don't want to update payment information, I don't want Apple Arcade, I just want email spam to stop. In all settings on all devices it show just as expired, no "cancel" button whatsoever. How to stop all that?
