How to set auto dimming when switching between Windows on my Apple Vision Pro

For example, right now I am typing on my laptop to the much larger virtual display on Vision Pro. When I shift my attention to the adjacent Word document just to the left of the Safari window,, The Safari windows gets dim and the Word document gets brighter. It takes several seconds to go from dim to bright, and that is distracting (at best). Is there some way to stop the documents from getting dimmer or brighter?
