No WiFi or Bluetooth after iOS 17.3.1 update. Reset Network settings no longer fixes it. Please Help

Lost WiFi and BT a day after 17.3.1 update and was able to resolve the issue with a Network Settings reset for about a day. Lost connection again and resetting the Network Settings won’t fix it this time. Anyone else have this problem?

It’s an iPhone 12.

Next step is to restore from backup, if that doesn't work, then restore as new.

If that doesn't work take the device to your local Apple store
