I was gifted an older Mac (2012) but Garageband had been deleted. I am now signed into my apple ID on the device but can't download the latest Garageband available or access the devices previously owned apps. Is there any solution someone has come across?
If you have never downloaded it before, than no.
If possible, have the folks that gifted it to you sign in with their AppleID to re-download it.
