Position GarageBand playhead using keyboard

Hi,

I am running GarageBand 10.4.10. Is there a way to position the playhead without having to drag it? I am working in time, not beats and would like to be able to send the playhead to a specific part of the track using the keyboard. The overall track is hours long and dragging the playhead is too time consuming.
