Audio Splitting Question - Compressor

Hi all -

I'm trying to create a Compressor Preset using the Quicktime Movie template and had a question regarding channel layout. I have the video settings I need, but I cannot find the audio preset I need. I'm shooting using multiple channels of audio and I cannot find a setting that does not mix all the channels together upon exporting. To clarify, I'm looking for a preset or a channel layout that can retain the properties of the raw video. So if channel 1 and 2 are two distinct channels, I am looking for them to remain as so after exporting, and not have the dual channels on the exported video be channel 1&2 mixed together on two separate channels. Does anyone know if this is possible?
