My iPad volume increase when I touch the screen with my palm

This is usually happened when I’m using my apple pencil to take notes. First I thought that had to do something with the apple pencil but when I touch the screen with my palm for few seconds a volume bar pop up on top of screen and the volume level goes up. This has a little irritating for me now. Do anyone knows a

solution for this matter?
